GI VIKES -- CLUB VOLLEYBALL PROGRAM

THERE IS ONLY ONE TRYOUT DATE!!!
5th grade (13 and under) 1:00-2:30pm
6th grade (14 and under) 1:00-2:30PM
7TH GRADE (11 AND UNDER) 3:30-5:00PM
8TH GRADE (12 AND UNDER) 3:30-5:00PM
REGISTRATION AND TRYOUTS WILL BEGIN IN THE NEW GYM AT NORTHWEST HIGH SCHOOL.

What is GI Vikes? All girls who currently attend Northwest High School or plan on attending Northwest High School in the future. Other clubs are available in the area......we let anyone play, but team selection is according to skill, ability, and commitment to volleyball. This is a "building program" for the Northwest High School Volleyball Program. The total time involved will vary from team to team.....depends on how much you want to do and how much your team wants to travel. The group (parents and players) sit down and discuss/decide this together as a group. Tournaments are on Saturdays and/or Sundays (usually lasts for a good part of the day—tournaments are in Grand Island, Kearney, Hastings, Central City, Clay Center, Lincoln, Omaha, Bellevue). Each team decides when and where they will practice, is different for each team, however most practices are on Sundays at Northwest High School between 12pm and 4:30pm. Cost to play for GI Vikes is approximately $350 this includes a jersey and entry into 5-6 tournaments.
